Our Roasting:

The coffee you consume every day has gone through a long journey to arrive in your cup.

We have mainly three different types of roasts namely- Light roast,  Medium Roast and Dark Roast. Premium wash is also prepared upon request for coffee enthusiasts. The most popular among our coffee lovers are medium roast. 
After roasting, we pack the coffee in beans or powder form making it available to the market. 

Green beans, peaberries and espresso powder are also available for consumption and commercial market.


How To Preserve 

It is recommended to empty the packet as soon as it is open  and place it in an opaque  airtight container stored at room temperature of 20- 25 Celsius or 68 to 77 Fahrenheit to reduce the amount of light, air, moisture or heat that may contaminate the coffee.  Store it in a cool and dry place. Coffee possesses a property to absorb other smells. Keep away from strong smells or odor. 

 

Types of Roast

We have categorized our beans into two types; regular and premium. Premium beans are more of a finer aroma and richer flavour while the regular beans are more of a generic type and have a regular taste. Both types are marketed and exported to various regions
